新加坡促混凝土廢料再利用為實現綠色建築藍圖

再生混凝土材料在新加坡變得越來越吃香,除了環保以外,垃圾填埋場的空間有限以及進口建築用沙成本越來越高也是重要因素。
自2011年起,新加坡政府開始允許建築開發商使用再生混凝土骨料來建造不超過20%的建築物結構。自此,新加坡許多新的商業及工業建築項目就開始使用這種新的迴圈建築材料。此舉不僅可以讓建築過程更加環保,而且還提高了新加坡建築材料的自給自足能力。與此同時,新加坡建設局還規定,任何一個建築項目如果希望使用超出目前20%限額的混凝土再生材料,那麼所使用的混凝土品質必須達到該局的要求標準。
新加坡建築商公會會長何玉榮博士在接受媒體採訪時説,當初拆除的混凝土廢料只能拿去填埋。現在,再生的混凝土骨料可以直接取代普通石頭,用在建築結構中,即使建築物百分之百使用再生混凝土也沒有任何問題。
新加坡政府的綠色建築藍圖更是最大的推動力。新加坡政府建設局計劃在2030年以前要求本地80%的建築成為綠色建築,而發展商適當使用再生混凝土材料,可以在政府綠色建築計劃下獲得獎勵。
據新加坡國家環境局的數據顯示,新加坡本地的建築垃圾再迴圈率已經達到98%。有專家指出,再生混凝土材料在密度和強度方面都達到了標準,既減少了製造新混凝土時所産生的二氧化碳,同時也減少了對進口建材的依賴。同時,市場對混凝土廢料的需求,也抬高了價格。據悉,目前一輛10噸重卡車混凝土廢料價格大約在200新元左右(約為1000元人民幣)。
為了最大程度地利用好混凝土廢料,新加坡建設局還幫助建築承包商更合理和科學地規劃拆除項目的順序,以求用最好的方式回收混凝土廢料。
目前,新加坡再生混凝土大多被應用在商業及工業建築上。當地專家認為,未來再生混凝土面對的最大挑戰是如何改變人們的傳統觀念,以使他們能夠接受用再生混凝土來建造他們的住房。
